We hold a high standard and in order to perform your treatment in a relaxed and professional manner please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early. Arriving late could result in an incomplete service at full charge or no-show fee.

Appointments
APPOINTMENTS ARE RELEASED ONE MONTH AT A TIME. To access first release of appointments please sign up to Patreon.com/makaylaherdman. Second release of appointments will go out as a text message to existing Facial Clients. Thirdly, appointments will be posted on Instagram @house.of.maxx.
House of Maxx appointments can be made and changed via our online booking link. If you are unsure what treatment to book please don’t hesitate to contact us via email [email protected] or Instagram @house.of.maxx
Bookings require a 100% deposit to be confirmed, the deposit will be redeemed on the day of service. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Please allow enough time to arrive at HOM on time for your scheduled appointment.
We run a strict schedule to make sure your service is performed with the utmost care, in a relaxed manner and so our therapist is ready to see you at the time of your appointment.
Arriving after your scheduled appointment time could mean you miss out on some of the service you are paying for.
No-Show / Cancellation

At House of Maxx we take a great deal of pride in our work and spend time preparing for your appointment.
If you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your total appointment cost.
This will need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
Restocking & Ordering
Products
All products at House of Maxx are prescribed for each individual. In order to have a prescription you must first come in for a Skin Consultation, a 60 minute or 90 minute treatment. You will be thoroughly assessed and a skincare prescription provided.
Products can be purchased on the day of the appointment, but we understand you may run out or choose to purchase your prescription on another day.
You can repurchase your products via an email request or our online store.
Gift
Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased are of monetary value with a 6 month expiry date.
Gift vouchers can be used on all products and services.
Promotions
From time to time we run special promotions of a high discount, in this circumstance the validity of the voucher or package will be outlined as terms & conditions of that promotion.
Shipping
All orders will be posted out within 7 days depending on stock availability, if a product is out of stock in the warehouse any additional in stock products will be shipped to you and a second shipment when the OOS product arrives.
You will be sent a tracking number via SMS as soon as your product has been posted to you.
