Our therapists hold a high standard and in order to perform your treatment in a relaxed and professional manner please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early. Arriving late could result in an incomplete service at full charge or no-show fee.
Making & Changing
Please allow enough time to arrive at HOM on time for your scheduled appointment.
We run a strict schedule to make sure your service is performed with the utmost care, in a relaxed manner and so our therapist is ready to see you at the time of your appointment.
Arriving after your scheduled appointment time could mean you miss out on some of the service you are paying for.

Online bookings require a 50% deposit to be confirmed, the deposit will be redeemed on the day of service. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
N.B. all first time Skin clients must book in for a Skin Consultation, a 60 minute or 90 minute treatment.
All first time Henna clients must be patch tested, this will take place during your first Brow appointment where a tint may substitute your Henna.
No-Show / Cancellation
At House of Maxx we take a great deal of pride in our work and spend time preparing for your appointment.
If you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your total appointment cost or 100% charge of a pre-paid appointment or voucher.
This will need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
Restocking & Ordering
All products at House of Maxx are prescribed and compounded for each individual. In order to have a prescription you must first come in for a Skin Consultation, a 60 minute or 90 minute treatment. You will be thoroughly assessed and a skincare prescription provided.
Products can be purchased on the day of the appointment, but we understand you may run out or choose to purchase your prescription on another day.
Please send us an email with the products you would like to purchase and we will send you an invoice and post out your products ASAP.
Gift vouchers purchased as a service have a 6 month expiry date where the cost of that service will remain a fixed price in the circumstances of a price increase.
In the event of a price increase the voucher will still be valid at the monetary value purchased or remaining and only the difference would need to be paid.
Gift vouchers can be used on all products and services.
Packages are pre-paid services at a discounted rate that are valid for 12 months.
Once a package has been redeemed (partially) you cannot use the remaining value of the unredeemed portion of the package on products or services not included in the original purchased package if there is a change of mind.
From time to time we run special promotions of a high discount, in this circumstance the validity of the voucher or package will be outlined as terms & conditions of that promotion.
All orders will be posted out within 7 days depending on stock availability, if a product is out of stock in the warehouse any additional in stock products will be shipped to you and a second shipment when the OOS product arrives.
You will be sent a tracking number via SMS as soon as your product has been posted to you.
