Cleansing Clay

Detoxifying – Mineralising – Stimulating

A multipurpose clay that can be used to help assist detoxification internally or deeply cleanse the skin externally. Add to your bath, mix into a body treatment or consume first thing in the morning to reap the benefits of French green clay.

Ingredients

Unfired 100% pure French green clay. (diatomaceous earth) – mineral rich & detoxifying.

How to

Can be used externally and internally. Only use one application at a time, either external or internal

External use: use ½ container in the bath along with magnesium salts as a therapeutic bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes.

Internal use: mix 1 teaspoon into a large glass of filtered water, stir with the wooden spoon and leave overnight. Consume the mixture first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Important

Drink 2-3 litres of water per day when consuming clay. Always use the wooden spoon and glass or ceramic jar, never metal as it will disrupt the ionic charge.
